What you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the channel partner ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specific partners and establish regular meeting cadences.
  • Identify and recruit new partners to expand market reach and generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to create and execute sales go-to-market plans.
  • Provide regular hirify.global product updates and training to partner sales and engineering teams.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events, tradeshows, and partner meetings to promote solutions and generate revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to and through channel partners with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on collaboration and/or mobile solutions including UC and CX platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Cisco/Webex, Zoom, Five9, 8x8, Genesys, RingCentral).
  • Strong understanding of the collaboration technology industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and clients and attend key industry events.
