What you will do
- Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with dealers, channel partners, and international/domestic clients to achieve annual targets.
- Cultivate new sales opportunities while providing exceptional support to existing accounts.
- Streamline end-to-end logistics processes and support dealer networks across the U.S., Asia-Pacific, and international markets.
- Provide ongoing technical support and personalized demos of custom in-ear monitor products.
- Plan and execute trade shows, dealer events, and promotional campaigns in partnership with the Pro team and dealers.
- Collaborate with key retail partners, including Amazon, Sweetwater, and Guitar Center, to drive sales, meet revenue targets, and promote brand visibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, channel management, sales, or a related field (music, retail, or pro audio industry experience strongly preferred).
- Experience managing global accounts, retail partnerships, and working across diverse cultural and geographic boundaries.
- Familiarity with retail platforms and e-commerce operations, including Amazon.
- Solid technical expertise across sales software tools (e.g., Shopify, Oracle, Asana, Google Suite).
- English proficiency (B2) required for communication.

- Hands-on involvement in the music industry (e.g., performer, sound engineer, artist management).
- Expertise in eCommerce business sales and B2B solutions with knowledge of digital platforms.
