TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (HRTech): Driving revenue acquisition and expansion by partnering with complex enterprise clients to achieve their business goals with hirify.global's HR platform, with an accent on value-based consultations, strategic account planning, and upselling/cross-selling. Focus on developing deep customer relationships, removing blockers, and accelerating the purchase-to-value journey to protect and expand recurring revenue.

Location: Fully hirify.global (global)

Salary: $37,280–$83,880 USD base salary (with a 20% performance-based variable)

What you will do

  • Accelerate and drive revenue acquisition and expansion through value-based consultations and demonstrations.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner for complex and/or enterprise opportunities, addressing customer goals and requirements.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer's business objectives to build strategic joint success plans with measurable KPIs.
  • Take responsibility for the entire customer journey, focusing on client retention and expansion.
  • Identify and drive strategic initiatives to enhance Customer Success capabilities and impact on revenue.
  • Coordinate small customer projects and act as a hirify.global evangelist with customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Senior/Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
  • Experience managing complex large clients (50+ employees) autonomously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, displaying leadership and confidence in all customer engagements.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and technical problems to provide best practices.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with senior customer executives in enterprise accounts.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with well-structured communication skills in speaking, presenting, and writing.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a global organization and start-up environment.
  • Experience working hirify.globally (considered a plus).
