Salary: $37,280–$83,880 USD base salary (with a 20% performance-based variable)

What you will do
- Accelerate and drive revenue acquisition and expansion through value-based consultations and demonstrations.
- Serve as a trusted business partner for complex and/or enterprise opportunities, addressing customer goals and requirements.
- Develop deep understanding of customer's business objectives to build strategic joint success plans with measurable KPIs.
- Take responsibility for the entire customer journey, focusing on client retention and expansion.
- Identify and drive strategic initiatives to enhance Customer Success capabilities and impact on revenue.
- Coordinate small customer projects and act as a hirify.global evangelist with customers and partners.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior/Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
- Experience managing complex large clients (50+ employees) autonomously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, displaying leadership and confidence in all customer engagements.
- Ability to understand business requirements and technical problems to provide best practices.
- Proven track record of building relationships with senior customer executives in enterprise accounts.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with well-structured communication skills in speaking, presenting, and writing.
