What you will do
- Implement channel sales strategies to meet sales quotas and assigned targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with current and prospective channel partners using CRM software (Salesforce).
- Lead joint partner planning to develop business plans, objectives, and KPIs.
- Develop and deliver compelling partner value propositions to foster beneficial relationships.
- Track sales pipeline and bookings against quotas and other metrics.
- Represent Riedel at regional trade shows and execute sales training.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of Channel Sales experience in Broadcast, AV, or Entertainment markets.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills with social perceptiveness.
- Ability to use leadership and sales acumen to train and develop partner's sales staff.
- Must be based in North America near any major US city.
- English: B2 required.
