Salary: $78,400.00 - $136,950.00 USD

What you will do
- Manage and drive CT partnerships across joint sales, marketing, and product initiatives.
- Develop and nurture customer relationships and execute detailed go-to-market plans to align with sales and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Partner Enablement and Marketing to ensure high levels of engagement with top-tier partners.
- Contribute to the overall strategy and success plan for each named partner, participating in monthly and quarterly progress reviews.
- Track, review, and manage invoicing and royalty fees for partnerships.
- Oversee the integration of hirify.global solutions with partner solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience collaborating with alliances, partnerships, or other revenue-generating relationships (e.g., customer success, business development, account management, sales).
- Experience driving new logos and meeting/exceeding high growth goals.
- Experience with product and software development processes.
- Proficiency in using applications such as Salesforce, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
