What you will do
- Manage the full sales lifecycle for ICT solutions, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Australia and APAC.
- Engage with customers to assess technical and commercial requirements and recommend hirify.global solutions.
- Prepare quotes and proposals, negotiating pricing, commercial terms, and contracts.
- Take accountability for achieving agreed sales targets, revenue outcomes, and pipeline growth.
- Maintain ongoing customer relationships and log activity and insights into CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (SaaS or telecom experience is a big plus).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence and presence on the phone, comfortable navigating conversations at all levels of seniority.
- Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and energized by change.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing a pipeline and working within a CRM like Salesforce.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn about APIs, connectivity, and modern comms infrastructure.
- Fluency in English required; other APAC languages are a plus.
