What you will do

  • Own and expand strategic enterprise accounts, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management to achieve revenue goals.
  • Deeply understand hirify.global’ platform, aligning solutions to enterprise objectives.
  • Partner with Pre-Sales, Customer Growth, and Marketing for account strategy.
  • Engage with C-level and senior IT decision-makers to influence transformation.
  • Mentor peers and provide strategic market insights.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in software sales, with 5+ years of enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Expertise with solution-selling to IT personas at large enterprise companies.
  • Proven record of exceeding quotas and managing long, complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in forecasting and pipeline management discipline.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions into business value.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Candidates must not be listed on any government restricted party lists and must certify employment would not violate sanctions or export control regulations.
