What you will do

• Drive demand generation initiatives to generate qualified leads and achieve revenue targets.
• Design and execute outbound ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategies.
• Provide marketing support for product launches and key initiatives.
• Define and communicate hirify.global's brand positioning within the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a marketing leader, contributing to company growth, preferably in vertical SaaS.
• Experience in building and managing large globally distributed teams.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Strong experience in branding, positioning, and market messaging.

Nice to have

• MBA is a plus.
