What you will do

  • Drive net-new and expansion pipeline generation aligned to regional revenue targets through multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns, including digital, events, email, ABM, and webinars, tailored to regional markets and buyer personas.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership and SDRs to define campaign priorities and ensure strong lead handoff processes.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics to optimize based on insights and provide regular stakeholder reporting.
  • Manage field events, sponsorships, executive programs, and third-party partnerships to increase engagement.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing, product marketing, digital, content, and partner teams to align messaging and amplify programs.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or revenue marketing roles, preferably in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven success generating pipeline aligned to sales goals at a regional or segment level.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel demand generation tactics and their measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo (or similar MAP), and ABM platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with sales stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or adjacent technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with marketing performance dashboards and ROI modeling.
  • Past experience launching integrated partner co-marketing initiatives.
  • Understanding of regional market nuances and localization best practices.
