TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Financial Services): Responsible for seeking and maintaining relationships with hirify.global Customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and building market share in the Financial Services industry with an accent on achieving annual sales quota and personally negotiating Enterprise-wide agreements. Focus on developing and maintaining high-level relations with C-level executives and leveraging AI software solutions.

Location: Remote (USA). Candidates must reside in the Central or Eastern time zones.

What you will do

  • Achieve annual sales quota and personally negotiate Enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Coordinate and lead all sales activities to meet business goals.
  • Establish new strategic relationships and maintain existing ones.
  • Analyze customer’s business situations to identify constraints and new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relations with C-level executives.
  • Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling multiple software products into sophisticated accounts in a hunter-type of role.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years selling AI Software Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications.
  • Superior relationship and client management skills that effectively build trust and manage customer escalations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills that build confidence and credibility with C and VP-level executives.
  • Inherent self-sufficiency, flexibility, and confidence with a preference for autonomy to take ownership.
