Salary: $201,580 – $284,580 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with game developers to improve reliability and performance of titles on hirify.global hardware.
• Work with internal driver and hardware teams to resolve technical issues and influence future product design.
• Debug and optimize game code, graphics/compute shaders, and APIs for visual fidelity and performance.
• Integrate and support developer tools for profiling and debugging graphics solutions.
• Create technical documentation and best practices for developing on hirify.global hardware.
• Represent hirify.global at game developer conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with GPU/CPU game technologies.
• Expertise in modern game engine architecture and rendering pipelines.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and HLSL.
• 5+ years of experience with DirectX 12.
• Experience with profiling tools such as PIX, RenderDoc, WPA, and GPUView.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Vulkan, GLSL, and x86 architecture.
• Experience optimizing Unreal Engine.
• Understanding of the full game development lifecycle.
