Senior Manager, Inbound and Web (Digital Growth): Owns and delivers hirify.global’s digital growth strategy across paid media, SEO, AEO/GEO, and the website with an accent on attracting, converting, and retaining customers. Location: For this particular role we are looking for someone who wants to hang out with us in real life once or twice a week.
Salary: $150,000 to $170,000

What you will do
- Own and deliver a cohesive digital growth roadmap across paid media, SEO, AEO/GEO, and web.
- Lead website strategy, ensuring hirify.global.com is optimized for growth, UX, and conversion.
- Oversee team manager that runs campaign planning, budgeting, and optimization across paid search, social, directories, and display channels.
- Build and maintain dashboards for paid, organic, and web performance in tools like GA4, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Coach and develop the digital and web team, fostering expertise across SEO, paid, and UX disciplines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with broader go-to-market goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, AEO, and paid media
- Proven experience leading high-performing digital or web teams
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Tableau
- Working knowledge of HTML, UX best practices, and CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely, etc.)
Nice to have
- Experience with website CMS management and technical SEO practices
- Google Ads and GA4 certification preferred
