TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York City, targeting clients across the Americas.

Salary: $204,000–$280,000 a year

What you will do

  • Acquire new clients in the Americas, understanding their business, operations, and performance.
  • Identify, secure, and manage relationships with clients across financial services, travel, and platform sectors.
  • Negotiate and persuade potential clients on the value hirify.global can add to their business.
  • Generate revenue from clients and achieve pre-agreed targets on customer flows, revenues, and profitability.
  • Pro-actively hunt for opportunities in the marketplace through direct contact and partners.

Requirements

  • 15+ years proven track record in selling payment solutions to financial institutions, travel, and platform clients.
  • Strong track record of outperforming commercial targets in past sales roles.
  • Ability to independently source deals in regional banks to create a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Commercially focused and pragmatic, able to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated and adept in working individually and as part of a global team.
