Director, Data Sales (Fintech): Maximizing value and growth of hirify.global's strategic data clients within the Strategic Partner Program with an accent on leading complex commercial negotiations and expanding the commercial footprint. Location: Hybrid, based in New York/New Jersey or Singapore

Salary: $155,900–$259,900 (USD)

What you will do

  • Own the full Data and Analytics commercial lifecycle for high-value strategic clients, from identification to expansion.
  • Gather insights from top-tier clients to inform the development of new data products and improve CME positioning.
  • Lead negotiations of complex commercial deals, focusing on structuring programs and creating new selling opportunities.
  • Cultivate deep, strategic partnerships with critical data vendors to scale CME's Sales & Marketing reach.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, goals, and market trends to position hirify.global as an indispensable partner.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Legal, Finance, BI, Audits, Global Operations) to orchestrate seamless support and execution for strategic clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in account management or sales within the financial services, market data, or FinTech industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and growing a book of strategic, high-value accounts.
  • Deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of the market data and financial technology landscape.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and rapport.
  • Experience leading and closing complex, multi-year commercial negotiations.
