Location: This is a field-driven role, requiring approximately 80% of your week to be spent in the field. Candidates must have reliable transportation and live in the market they are serving within the U.S.

Salary: $123,400 - $223,100 (USD) including target variable compensation, depending on location zone (Zone A: $148,700 - $223,100; Zone B: $138,300 - $207,500; Zone C: $130,900 - $196,300; Zone D: $123,400 - $185,200).

What you will do

  • Lead market execution through disciplined, in-person engagement, driving 50–60 targeted business visits each week.
  • Run a full-cycle, self-sourced sales motion, generating leads, delivering demos, and closing deals across hirify.global’s product suite.
  • Establish strong, trust-based relationships with local sellers and serve as the go-to hirify.global expert in your city.
  • Build a high-velocity pipeline from the ground up through outreach, community engagement, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop deep expertise in key verticals like restaurants, retail, and services to diagnose challenges and position tailored solutions.
  • Achieve exceptional results by maintaining strong operational rigor in Salesforce, tracking activity, and forecasting accurately.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role with field sales experience.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets, selling diverse product ecosystems, and closing complex deals.
  • Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Business development experience, including hunting and cold calling.
  • Must have reliable transportation and live in the market you are serving.
  • Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of payment processing or related technology experience (e.g., payroll, loyalty, time management).
  • 1+ years of relevant audience experience (working in/selling to restaurants, retailers, or service-based businesses).
