What you will do

• Lead and inspire a regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions.
• Work in the field with your team at least three days per week to support sales processes.
• Drive larger strategic deals and contribute to regional revenue growth.
• Collaborate on recruiting top talent to maintain a dynamic team.
• Monitor team activity and performance, providing insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of sales and leadership experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must live in or near Fayetteville, Fort Smith, Little Rock (Arkansas, USA), Lubbock (Texas, USA), or Saint Louis (Missouri, USA).
• Ability to work in the field for a minimum of 75% of the time.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Knowledge of the Payments Industry.
