What you will do

  • Build and optimize the ATS (Ashby) and sourcing tools to ensure seamless candidate flow and 100% data accuracy.
  • Design and implement interviewer training and consistent hiring processes.
  • Develop dashboards for tracking progress and proactively highlighting recruiting insights.
  • Manage high-impact talent programs, including referrals, employer branding, and employee value proposition.
  • Oversee recruiting spend, vendor relationships, and external agencies to ensure maximum ROI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Operations and Program Management within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Expertise in ATS administration and data visualization, with a focus on finding the "story" in recruiting metrics.
  • Passion for efficiency, constantly seeking ways to automate and leverage AI for impact.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to ensure stakeholder alignment on hiring plans and processes.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced environments with a bias for action and quick pivoting.
  • 3+ years of experience managing recruiting coordinator teams.
