What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of three Field Marketing Managers (East, West, Central).
• Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies to drive lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer engagement.
• Partner closely with sales to align marketing activities with sales goals and support pipeline growth.
• Oversee planning and execution of regional events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
• Manage the field marketing budget and provide financial reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in field marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology or software industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Work location is ideally in the Tampa Bay Region - with the ability to commute to the office in Clearwater, FL.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to attend conferences, customer meetings, and team events across the Americas.
