What you will do

• Deliver regular contractual reporting.
• Forecast campaign DM and Email volumes.
• Deliver post-campaign evaluations to support test and learn strategies.
• Profile audiences.
• Conduct customer journey and behavioral analysis.
• Identify opportunities to deploy data creatively.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar Data Analyst role with core analytical languages and software: SAS, SQL, Excel.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data manipulation and extraction for analytical purposes.
• Highly numerate, logical thinker.
• Understanding of how to use test and learn techniques in a marketing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed organization skills and ability to cope with changing priorities and work to tight deadlines under pressure.

• Secondary languages and software: R, Python, Power BI, Power Pivot and Query.
