Location: hirify.global HQ is in San Francisco. Must be in the office more often than not. US Citizen/Visa only.

Salary: $160k - $250k plus equity depending on experience

What you will do

• Wrangle complex systems and delight users.
• Work on fun banking software to handle investments and transactions.
• Build tools for founders, such as built-in analytics.

Requirements

• Experience working with complexity and ability to deal with the chaos and ambiguity of a startup.
• Attention to detail and value UX.
• Expert in Ruby on Rails or similar toolset.
• Expert in Javascript/CSS and experience with a framework like React.
• Experience with a relational SQL database (Postgres).
• Understanding of accessibility, SEO, responsive design, and website performance.

Nice to have

• Experience with payments, security, or compliance-type problems.
• Scaled systems with 100k/1m/10m/100m/1b transactions.
• Former founder or a future one.
