What you will do

• Write clean, refactor-friendly code in Ruby on Rails, with JavaScript/TypeScript and React as needed
• Apply OOP principles to build scalable, extensible features
• Design and optimize backend systems, APIs, and data flows for performance and reliability
• Build modern, responsive frontends using React, TypeScript, and CSS
• Work with relational databases like Postgres and MySQL, writing efficient SQL and shaping data models
• Own technical direction, balance hands-on development with guiding others, and collaborate cross-functionally

Requirements

• At least 7-10 years of full-stack development experience, with Ruby on Rails as core strength
• Experience leading projects end-to-end, from problem breakdown to shipping impactful features
• Passion for mentoring through pair programming and architectural guidance
• Highly organized with attention to detail, strong project management skills
• Ability to work in distributed, semi-virtual environment with minimal direction
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
