What you will do

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Bing, 6sense, and other platforms.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
  • Define, track, and report on campaign success metrics, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Creative teams to align messaging and ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Deliver regular performance reports with actionable recommendations and growth opportunities.
  • Manage paid media budgets to ensure efficient spend and maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work remotely, preferably in or near San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing; 5-7 years B2B enterprise marketing experience.
  • Proven experience managing significant paid budgets and optimizing for ROI.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, Google, Bing, 6sense; certifications preferred.
  • Highly analytical with strong skills in dashboards, reporting, and performance measurement.
