TL;DR

Sr. Performance Marketing Manager (Cross-Channel Strategy): Driving revenue growth for an eyewear e-commerce brand by developing and implementing best-in-class paid media strategies across search, social, and video channels with an accent on cross-functional reporting and high-impact projects. Location: Remote (USA). Candidates must be located full-time in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, or Virginia. Work requires ability to support Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Salary: $152,400 - $209,550 USD annually.

What you will do

  • Partner with leadership to direct and coordinate cross-channel creative and campaign strategies across Search, Video & Social.
  • Evaluate, test, and learn new potential media channels like audio and CTV.
  • Conduct cross-channel analysis for Media Mix Model and incrementality test design and results.
  • Generate cross-functional reports on creative learnings, performance, spend, and financial data.
  • Coordinate international expansion strategy for Paid Media campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment, creative messaging, and translation.
  • Monitor and analyze core KPIs and competitor activities to optimize performance and forecast budgets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of paid media experience, primarily with DTC brands.
  • Strong reporting, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Proven track record of driving company growth through paid social, paid search, or shopping campaigns.
  • Experience managing $1MM+ monthly paid media budgets.
  • Experience with end-to-end account management, including audience selection, campaign creation, ad copy, optimization, and reporting.
  • Ability to support Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MMMs and incrementality testing.
  • Agency experience.
