Location: Must permanently reside in the US full-time. Hybrid for San Francisco: You’ll work 3 days per week from our office, allowing for impactful in-office collaboration and connection, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work for the rest of the week.

Salary: $79,200-$126,500 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Identify and review potential influencer and creator partners across key platforms.
• Manage influencer budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and optimizing strategy based on performance.
• Oversee performance reporting and campaign measurement, iterating off of insights.
• Issue and manage affiliate tracking codes.
• Conduct competitive reviews to benchmark and optimize strategy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and affiliate agency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns and affiliate programs and hitting DR targets.
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage & optimize spend against pre-existing budgets and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills including the ability to effectively secure talent and manage external agencies.

• Mobile app / subscription experience is strongly preferred but not required
