What you will do

  • Create customer value by tracking and managing business objectives tied to hirify.global solutions.
  • Establish, maintain, and grow senior executive relationships for assigned accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and lead strategic account plans.
  • Drive and track customer adoption of hirify.global products and services.
  • Identify strategic growth opportunities and proactively manage customer health.
  • Take ownership for resolving customer issues and negotiate complex renewal terms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B and/or SaaS environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success.
  • BA/BS degree in business/technology or comparable experience.
  • Understanding of financial institutions (Banks, Broker Dealers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, FinTech, VC funds).
  • Extremely strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and Jira.
