What you will do
- Create customer value by tracking and managing business objectives tied to solutions.
- Establish, maintain, and grow senior executive relationships for assigned accounts.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and lead strategic account plans.
- Drive and track customer adoption of products and services.
- Identify strategic growth opportunities and proactively manage customer health.
- Take ownership for resolving customer issues and negotiate complex renewal terms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B and/or SaaS environments.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success.
- BA/BS degree in business/technology or comparable experience.
- Understanding of financial institutions (Banks, Broker Dealers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, FinTech, VC funds).
- Extremely strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and Jira.
