What you will do
- Innovate and execute product initiatives for flagship websites (PlannedParenthood.org, PlannedParenthoodAction.org).
- Define product roadmaps and participate in agile sprints.
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, developers, communications, marketing, and content leads to build exceptional user experiences.
- Create engaging digital experiences leveraging user interviews, research, data, and market trends.
- Co-create goals for national websites and perform ongoing data analysis to inform product evolution.
- Establish agile practices and drive product discovery and development processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience building consumer-facing digital products as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Minimum 3 years of experience collaborating with UX designers, visual designers, developers, and content creators.
- Minimum 2 years of experience overseeing product roadmap strategy and documenting product requirements/user stories.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an agile, iterative product development process.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, matched with the ability to tell a story with data.
- Location: Hybrid in Washington, DC or New York, NY.
Nice to have
- Experience working with content management systems.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Experience working in technical product management, particularly in defining complex acceptance criteria for data-heavy applications.
