Salary: $127,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and manage core API services critical to multiple hirify.global products, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Shape strategy and roadmap for Core Services, articulating business impact to stakeholders.
• Partner closely with engineering to prioritize issues and develop technical knowledge.
• Engage deeply with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric product delivery.
• Contribute to team problem-solving and support product strategy beyond core responsibilities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York, United States
• Minimum 2 years product management experience or equivalent in software engineering, data science, or business analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex problems.
• Deep user empathy and high standards for user experience.
• Excellent persuasion and advocacy skills with clear frameworks and storytelling.
• Experience or strong interest in regulated domains such as fintech or healthcare is a plus.
