Business Development Representative (Fintech): Driving hirify.global’s future growth by qualifying leads and building a strong sales pipeline with an accent on engaging prospects, identifying high-value opportunities, and managing early-stage sales funnel activities. Focus on understanding new clients, acquiring and qualifying new leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality sales execution.

Location: On-site in Singapore with a hybrid model requiring three in-office days per week.

What you will do

  • Research and create personalized outreach materials for high-value prospects in partnership with BDRs and Account Executives.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads to qualify them as sales opportunities and move strong leads through the funnel.
  • Connect qualified prospects with Account Executives and arrange introductory meetings.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling and responses to inbound inquiries.
  • Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning and qualification.
  • Consistently update activity, notes, and contact information within the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of top performance or prior success in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Commercially focused and pragmatic, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
  • Results-oriented and client-focused, with a strong obsession for delivering value.
