What you will do
- Research and create personalized outreach materials for high-value prospects in partnership with BDRs and Account Executives.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads to qualify them as sales opportunities and move strong leads through the funnel.
- Connect qualified prospects with Account Executives and arrange introductory meetings.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling and responses to inbound inquiries.
- Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning and qualification.
- Consistently update activity, notes, and contact information within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven track record of top performance or prior success in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Commercially focused and pragmatic, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
