What you will do
- Penetrate new organizations/accounts and expand business within the existing customer base.
- Provide valuable insights to customers, teaching them new ways to compete in their market.
- Collaborate with hirify.global’s partners to generate value propositions and nurture key client relationships.
- Represent hirify.global's solutions and services, gaining an in-depth understanding of client strategies.
- Initiate selling activities, analyze situations, and differentiate hirify.global offerings from competitors.
- Negotiate effectively with multiple levels of customer management to successfully close sales.
Requirements
- Direct sales experience.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business & management or a related field.
- Proven success in a sales environment with domain expertise in a related industry.
- Strong track record of sales quota achievement and pipeline generation.
- Business development skills and a deep understanding of software deal transactions.
- Ability to build strong relationships with CXO Clients based on reliance and expertise.
- Fluency in English.
- Must be based in Singapore.
