What you will do

• Identify and validate new distribution channels and growth loops outside traditional paid/organic.
• Launch and iterate on experimental growth channels (Discord/Telegram seeding, affiliate programs, co-promo deals, community infiltration, viral loops).
• Source and close co-promotion partnerships with complementary apps and platforms.
• Turn successful experiments into repeatable, scalable growth engines.
• Use AI for channel discovery, message personalization, outreach automation, and content seeding.
• Analyze growth experiments at granular level (channel, message, incentive structure).

Requirements

• 5–8 years in growth hacking, growth marketing, or unconventional user acquisition for mobile apps/consumer tech in the US.
• Proven track record of discovering and scaling non-traditional growth channels in the US as a key region.
• Strong data literacy with ability to model and predict growth loop economics.
• Hands-on Vibe Coding tools (Lovable, Cursor etc.) usage, experience automating growth experiments using AI.
• Hustle mentality: comfortable cold outreach, community building, and scrappy tactics.
• High ownership, low ego, comfortable with failure.
