What you will do

• Design and run participant engagement programs that drive loyalty and retention.
• Own participant-facing content and education, producing newsletters, platform updates, and training.
• Build and evolve the participant brand and value proposition across global segments.
• Lead participant trust and transparency communications regarding data quality, verification, and product updates.
• Be deeply embedded in participant communities like Reddit and Discord, monitoring sentiment and moderating discussions.
• Bring the participant voice into hirify.global by designing feedback loops and conducting research.
• Monitor market and competitor trends to maintain hirify.global's leading position.

Requirements

• 5+ years in community management or product marketing in a B2C or marketplace environment.
• Proven track record of building authentic relationships at scale.
• Experience creating and running engagement programs that drive measurable behavior change.
• Strong content creation skills, including writing newsletters and developing messaging.
• Comfortable working in high-growth, high-autonomy environments and building programs from scratch.
• Experience working with global, distributed communities.
