What you will do

• Design, launch, and optimize growth campaigns across multiple channels.
• Design and own growth initiatives around podcasts, webinars, and events.
• Turn content into multi-channel engagement and demand engines.
• Build and optimize event-driven growth motions.
• Own and improve lead generation and nurturing flows.
• Build simple dashboards and reporting to track growth performance and inform decisions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies for content optimization and iteration.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply insights to refine messaging and increase conversion rates.
• Hands-on experience with Podcasts, webinars, and/or event-driven marketing, ABM and drip email campaigns and CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Comfort using scraping, enrichment, and automation tools to find and qualify contacts.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
