Technical Recruiter (IT): Running end-to-end technical hiring for engineering and tech talent across Software Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, and Product with an accent on candidate experience and pipeline management. Location: Hybrid in Portsmouth, UK (minimum 2 days a week in office)
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 basic + OTE £40,000–£50,000

What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs.
- Write SEO-optimised job adverts and attract strong tech candidates.
- Source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, communities & Boolean search.
- Screen candidates and manage interviews end-to-end.
- Own candidate experience from application to offer.
- Build and maintain pipelines for future tech hiring.
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ IT/technical recruitment experience (internal or agency).
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and tech platforms.
- Ability to confidently discuss tech stacks and engineering roles.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment data.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
