What you will do
- Identify ideal customers and actively pursue conversations and meetings with key decision-makers.
- Prospect, generate leads, and increase awareness through industry events and webinars.
- Map and specify organizational challenges and training needs together with prospective customers.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to explore upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the broader hirify.global commercial team to develop best practices.
Requirements
- BSc degree or higher.
- Client-facing Pharmaceutical/medical devices sales background and/or experience in strategic roles within those organizations (e.g., Product Manager).
- Experience building strong and trusting relationships with prospects and clients.
- At least 5+ years' work experience.
- Experience in establishing relationships with CxOs and Directors of large corporations.
