TL;DR

Business Development Director (Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices): Building and expanding international growth in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices sector with an accent on lead generation, consultative selling, and developing new client relationships. Focus on identifying key decision-makers, crafting bespoke solutions, and driving sales within large corporations.

Location: Hybrid, in-person thrice weekly in London offices

What you will do

  • Identify ideal customers and actively pursue conversations and meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Prospect, generate leads, and increase awareness through industry events and webinars.
  • Map and specify organizational challenges and training needs together with prospective customers.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to explore upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the broader hirify.global commercial team to develop best practices.

Requirements

  • BSc degree or higher.
  • Client-facing Pharmaceutical/medical devices sales background and/or experience in strategic roles within those organizations (e.g., Product Manager).
  • Experience building strong and trusting relationships with prospects and clients.
  • At least 5+ years' work experience.
  • Experience in establishing relationships with CxOs and Directors of large corporations.
