What you will do

  • Work closely with the Italian sales team to manage prospects from qualified lead to closing.
  • Assist in prospecting and lead generation activities for potential clients.
  • Handle inbound leads specifically for the Italian market.
  • Create and execute outbound campaigns via emails and calls to book demos/meetings.
  • Participate in and observe sales calls to gain practical knowledge.
  • Support positioning the hirify.global value proposition to small and medium businesses.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree.
  • Italian (spoken and written) must be flawless when communicating with clients.
  • Fluent English will be necessary for internal communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in sales or business development.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French.
