What you will do
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from coordinating interviews and candidate communication to improving onboarding for new hires.
- Assist with core HR administration such as contracts, documentation, policies, and employee records.
- Contribute to initiatives around employee experience, internal communication, and team culture.
- Take ownership of more HR areas and grow responsibility as the organization scales.
Requirements
- Early-career experience or education within HR, people operations, or a related field.
- Interest in working broadly across recruitment, HR admin, and people experience.
- Strong sense of structure, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable taking initiative and learning by doing.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Enjoys working in a growth environment with changing needs and priorities.
