What you will do

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from coordinating interviews and candidate communication to improving onboarding for new hires.
• Assist with core HR administration such as contracts, documentation, policies, and employee records.
• Contribute to initiatives around employee experience, internal communication, and team culture.
• Take ownership of more HR areas and grow responsibility as the organization scales.

Requirements

• Early-career experience or education within HR, people operations, or a related field.
• Interest in working broadly across recruitment, HR admin, and people experience.
• Strong sense of structure, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable taking initiative and learning by doing.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Enjoys working in a growth environment with changing needs and priorities.
