What you will do
- Define and lead mobile user acquisition and retargeting strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage large-scale user acquisition budgets and P&L, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Lead and mentor the Growth Marketing Team, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Cultivate high-level relationships with major platform partners (e.g., Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok).
- Partner with data science and analytics teams to improve measurement, reporting, and attribution models.
- Guide performance marketing creative strategy and establish A/B testing frameworks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling large UA, retargeting, and creative strategies for mobile games or apps.
- Extensive experience managing significant marketing budgets and a deep understanding of P&L management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Expert-level knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem, including major platforms (Google UAC, Meta, TikTok), DSPs, and MMPs.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strategic relationships with major ad partners.
- Deep understanding of data analysis and a track record of partnering with data science teams to improve models and drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies and data insights.
- Must be able to work onsite in Kirkland, Washington, United States.
