What you will do

• Manage UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, SDK networks, DSPs, and rewarded channels.
• Scale media budget while efficiently growing live titles.
• Analyze creative performance and turn insights into clear briefs.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Marketing to align UA strategy with in-game KPIs.
• Improve reporting structures to visualize ROAS, LTV, and creative performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on mobile UA or performance marketing experience (gaming experience strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and/or SDK/programmatic networks.
• Strong understanding of attribution, cohort metrics, ROAS, IPM, and LTV.
• Ability to work autonomously, make quick optimization decisions, and structure clear reporting.
• High comfort with spreadsheets; SQL familiarity is a plus.

Nice to have

• ASO experience.
• Experience with subscription or hybrid monetization.
• Mobile-first gaming background.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Snapchat, influencers, or other emerging channels.
• An AI-first mindset for ideation and workflow efficiency.
