What you will do

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across customer organizations.
• Develop Joint Business Plans focused on customer priorities and hirify.global solutions.
• Lead strategic planning with customer decision-makers, platforms, and partners.
• Work cross-functionally across hirify.global globally to drive alignment, progress, and clarity.
• Own revenue forecasting, target setting, pipeline, and opportunity management.
• Drive commercial momentum with a strong focus on closing and account expansion.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in ad-tech or mar-tech, with a strong track record of growing strategic accounts.
• Natural ability to lead, organize, and orchestrate complex account teams.
• Strong commercial mindset, motivated by sales, expansion, and customer success.
• Comfortable being held to a revenue number.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including C-level engagement.
• Open to travel.
