What you will do
- Own end-to-end, value-based enterprise sales cycles, from discovery to close and expansion.
- Run structured discovery and deliver tailored demos, positioning hirify.global as a strategic platform.
- Build and execute account plans, with full ownership of pipeline, forecast, and revenue outcomes.
- Drive pipeline through a balanced mix of inbound conversion, outbound prospecting, and account expansion.
- Apply data-driven qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC and SPIN to assess deal health and close plans.
- Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure strong handovers, adoption, retention, and expansion.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of related hands-on experience.
- Consistent history of exceptional performance, selling to ANZ organisations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable driving own pipeline through outbound prospecting and account expansion.
- Motivated by disciplined discovery, qualification frameworks, and data-driven deal management.
Nice to have
- Second language from an APAC region.
- Experience working with APAC clients and selling to APAC organisations.
- Experience selling into large Enterprises and the Higher Education sector.
- Experience working in a scale-up environment.
