What you will do
- Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about hirify.global's capabilities.
- Actively maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify expansion opportunities.
- Iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn.
- Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges.
- Drive executive-level relationships and run product demos to close business at or above quota.
- Help build playbooks and define sales motions while working cross-functionally with internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
- Fluency in English and Spanish or Italian is required.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas in current and previous roles.
- Strong communication and engaging presentation skills.
- A positive, open-minded attitude and a strong desire for success without sacrificing values.
- A builder mentality that thrives in collaborative environments and the ability to find creative solutions in ambiguity.

- Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Direct sales experience combined with selling through Partners.
- Experience in quarterly sales planning and new logo acquisition.
