TL;DR

Corporate Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving business growth through strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities for medium to large enterprise customers with an accent on building strong executive relationships and ensuring customer success. Focus on identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and managing contract renewals.

Location: This role is primarily hybrid, requiring one day per week in-office if based near Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA. Full remote positions are available for candidates in the Denver, CO and Boston, MA metro areas. Only U.S. candidates are considered.

Salary: $60,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as primary client contact, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer value.
  • Manage the contract renewal cycle, focusing on negotiation and escalated ARR rates.
  • Achieve new sales growth quota within the customer base.
  • Drive relationships with key customers and create new champions.
  • Identify whitespace for upgrades and cross-sells through value-based presentations.
  • Devise and execute account strategies to maximize growth and provide high-touch customer service.
  • Deliver customer feedback to the Product Management team for enhancements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full sales cycle experience in account management, selling to a technical audience.
  • Strong ability to run a discovery, manage full sales cycle, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Proficient understanding of sales qualification frameworks such as Medic, Medpicc, and Sandlar.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota or metric carrying role.
  • Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of comfort handling client objections and negotiations.
