TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Cybersecurity): Directly selling enterprise security software solutions and driving incremental revenue with new customers, with an accent on planning, prospecting, qualification, and closing new business. What you will do

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned enterprise accounts using flexible licensing models.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans, mapping hirify.global solutions to customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for customer onboarding, product adoption, and eventual account transition.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of customer contact and activity data within CRM software.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and implement agreed account/business plans.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective account plans and promote hirify.global's products.

Requirements

  • Broad expertise or unique knowledge to contribute to company objectives.
  • Extensive industry knowledge and understanding of customer decision-making processes.
  • Confidence and expertise in presentations, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Complete understanding and ability to articulate business and technical contexts of key accounts.
  • Ability to lead by example and mentor others in consultative effectiveness.
  • Deep functional knowledge of sales methodologies, security software solutions, and company products.

Nice to have

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
