TL;DR
Regional Director, Sales: Driving long-term strategy and growth for the Japan-based Sales team, managing ARR targets and leading a team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers. Location: Must work from our Tokyo, Japan office, with a minimum of three days in the office per week.

What you will do
- Own and drive $7M+ ARR targets with 30%+ annual growth, focusing on new business and customer success retention.
- Coach and supervise a team of four Account Executives and four Customer Success Managers.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders globally to align Japan with overall strategies.
- Support enterprise deals by coordinating various internal resources across departments.
- Travel approximately 20% of your time for business.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct SaaS new business sales and customer success experience.
- 3+ years in management with at least five direct reports, including hiring and developing sales teams.
- Proficiency in enterprise sales methodologies such as Challenger and/or MEDDIC.
- Experience using Salesforce and Slack professionally.
- Strong coaching, motivational, creative, and critical thinking skills.
- Fluent Japanese and English are required.

- Proven experience in selling full-stack solutions combining software, hardware, and services.
- Experience working in globally distributed teams.
- Passion for sports, familiar with global football, basketball, and rugby in Japan.
