Focus on leading end-to-end professional services engagements, from scoping and discovery through execution and delivery.

Location: Hybrid in Tokyo, Japan. Required to work from offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Design and implement tailored customer workspaces, optimizing workflows, permissions, security, and best practices.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to drive seamless adoption across organizations.
• Lead end-to-end professional services engagements, from scoping and discovery through execution and delivery.
• Manage project execution, maintaining comprehensive documentation, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and contribute to product development.
• Travel when needed to customer and/or partner office locations.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or customer-facing roles, ideally with a mix of pre- and post-sale experience.
• Proven success in delivering customer implementations and ensuring long-term adoption.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, including technical concepts and integrations.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to design effective and scalable solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Written and spoken Japanese fluency to communicate directly with external customers, partners, and internal teams.

• Experience in workspace design and information architecture.
• Familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies.
• Business level English proficiency to communicate effectively with global stakeholders and peers.
• Experience working with Japanese enterprise customers or familiarity with Japan market dynamics and business practices.
