Sales Associate (Fintech): Developing and growing client adoption of CME trading front-ends and Exchange data in Japan with an accent on identifying new client opportunities and extending existing relationships. Focus on performing demonstrations and training, managing a sales pipeline, and coordinating client onboarding and technical support.

What you will do

• Support sales and growth initiatives for hirify.global’s platform solutions and data sales in Japan.
• Identify new client opportunities and expand existing relationships in data and platform domains.
• Perform demonstrations and training on hirify.global’s platform solutions and market data products.
• Support CME clients with onboarding and technical questions, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Actively manage a sales pipeline for Market Data, Derived Data, and Platform Solutions distribution.

Requirements

• Native fluency in Japanese.
• 0-1 year of experience in the derivatives marketplace or with financial markets trading platforms and market data services.
• Experience in customer support and relationship management.
• Pro-active in following up and managing projects in a timely manner with stakeholders.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Salesforce.

Nice to have

• Korean language skills.
• Knowledge of commodity derivatives products.
