What you will do
- Identify and research enterprise accounts, key stakeholders, and organizational initiatives for tailored outreach.
- Engage senior-level decision-makers through personalized, multi-channel communication (phone, email, LinkedIn, video).
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives on account planning, outreach sequencing, and opportunity qualification.
- Leverage insights into industry trends and business challenges to position hirify.global as a transformative solution.
- Utilize enterprise sales tools (Salesloft, ZoomInfo, AI dialers, Salesforce) to streamline engagement and prioritize high-impact actions.
- Surface insights on enterprise needs, timelines, and decision processes to improve targeting and conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted (including 1+ years in B2B SDR or similar roles).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and executive presence.
- Ability to work 100% in-office in Rochester, NY, five days per week.
