- Carry high individual sales quotas for a low number of strategic accounts.
- Set the selling strategy and surpass revenue goals, maximizing deal value through negotiation.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team on best practices and selling the hirify.global Suite of products.
- Drive strategic market change by challenging customers and increasing hirify.global consumption.
- Contribute to hirify.global leadership vision by providing feedback on market trends and sales insights.
- Champion organizational efficiencies by bridging sales with other hirify.global departments.
Requirements
- Five or more years of successful Senior Account Executive or Senior Customer Success Management experience.
- Demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding large revenue quotas.
- Highly networked with strong connections across executive leadership personas.
- Trained in a leading Sales Methodology (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN or similar).
- Proven leader and mentor, exemplifying Senior AE competencies.
- Solutions and growth mindset, always looking for ways to drive revenue.
Nice to have
- Specific negotiation training.
- Deep product and software knowledge, including hirify.global Admin, Sportscode, WIMU, Wyscout, Statsbomb, or similar.
- Prior knowledge of hirify.global products or other sports tech.
