TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving adoption of modern endpoint management products among existing customers with an accent on account discovery, consultative engagement, and cross-selling. Focus on identifying expansion opportunities, guiding customers through the buying journey, and demonstrating value in team-selling environments.

Location: This is an on-site role, (4) days a week and open to candidates in Salt Lake City, UT or within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters. The majority of hirify.global's full-time roles do not qualify for sponsorship of employment visas such as the H-1B visa.

What you will do

  • Lead targeted expansion efforts by identifying and engaging existing hirify.global Deploy & Inventory customers who could benefit from hirify.global Connect.
  • Conduct thoughtful account reviews to understand current workflows and identify Connect-fit opportunities.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through discovery, product demos, objection handling, and close.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers to scope technical fit, support proofs of concept, and deliver compelling demos.
  • Educate and guide sysadmins, IT managers, and other stakeholders on how hirify.global Connect can simplify endpoint management.
  • Maintain clear, accurate pipeline tracking and account notes in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager with closing responsibilities, preferably in a SaaS or IT-focused sales environment.
  • Comfort working consultatively within existing customer accounts to uncover and pursue cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strong communication and discovery skills, with an ability to tailor technical value to varying personas.
  • Ability to self-manage outbound prospecting efforts and handle inbound interest effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and maintaining accurate deal data.
  • Must be available for an on-site role, 4 days a week, in Salt Lake City, UT or within commuting distance of headquarters.
