TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (AI): Owning the full sales cycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments across Southern Europe, with an accent on converting complex prospects into active customers and managing a mixed portfolio. Focus on developing outbound campaigns, prospecting into target accounts, leading executive-level discovery sessions, and ensuring product viability and compliance.

Location: Onsite in London, UK. This role is responsible for developing a portfolio across Southern Europe, particularly France, and requires fluency or professional proficiency in French.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic outbound campaigns to source enterprise opportunities across Southern EMEA.
  • Prospect into target enterprise and multinational accounts, identifying key decision-makers.
  • Convert qualified leads into high-value enterprise opportunities and build a robust pipeline to meet regional revenue targets.
  • Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, including executive-level discovery, tailored product demonstrations, and technical/security validation.
  • Manage complex contracting and negotiation processes with internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high-quality pipeline and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
  • Relevant, transferable experience within the telecommunications, contact center, or unified communications industries.
  • Proven success managing and closing complex, strategic deal cycles involving multiple business units and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Preferred experience in SaaS sales, particularly within UCaaS and/or CCaaS solutions.
  • Fluency or professional proficiency in French required.
  • Must be based in London, UK.
